General Manager in Training (6614) - 719 W William Cannon Dr Full‑time position. We’re looking for a General Manager who can lead a fast‑paced pizza store, develop a positive customer experience, and manage a team of employees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a hands‑on approach, and a track record of managing operations effectively. Responsibilities Hire, train, schedule and manage employees in daily tasks. Develop and maintain good customer relationships and address customer service needs. Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions. Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement. Communicate between managers, customers, and employees. Assist with deliveries as needed based on business. Qualifications Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast‑paced service environment. Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities. Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees. Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols. Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.). Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards preferred.
