Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with mobility training, transfers, restorative nursing programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
