RANDALL OFFSITE CONSTRUCTION specializes in the integration of Completely Prefabricated Bathroom Pods for hotel, dormitory, medical and multi-family ground-up construction projects.

Randall Offsite Construction (Pods) is currently seeking skilled Carpenters / MultiTrade Craftspeople  to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters and manufacturing facility.

Position Summary

Our Carpenters / MultiTrade Craftspeople to manufacture our Bathroom Pods from framing to finish fit-out completion.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in high-end new construction of renovation interiors. (Carpentry, Framing, Drywall, Tile, Flooring, Paint, Plumbing, Electrical, Fixtures)
  
• Must be familiar with proper use of PPE and basic OSHA rules
  
• Must be able to provide his own transportation to and from work.
  
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
  
• GED or equivalent diploma
  
• Knowledge blueprint and isometric drawing reading
  
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Communication: Effective English or Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills are a must have
  
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to achieve quality objectives and project success.
  
• Safety: Commitment to adhering to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
  

Physical Requirements

This is primarily a field or jobsite job.  You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch and lift as required by the job, and be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.
