Registered Nurse - Case Management - Hospital

Job Title Travel RN - Case Management Location Margate, Florida Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with every other weekend required Key Responsibilities
- Provide case management services within an acute care hospital setting, managing a caseload of approximately 25 patients per RN
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including social workers and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Utilize documentation systems including Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky to maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Function independently while contributing to a team-oriented unit environment
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with patients, families, and care team members
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
- Experience in hospital-based case management
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn electronic documentation systems (Meditech, Midas, Wellsky)
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a reliable and flexible work style

- Work as part of a collaborative team of RNs and social workers in a professional business casual environment
