We're looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant in Charlotte, NC to support the day-to-day work behind brand campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing projects.

You'll work alongside the marketing team to organise campaign resources, prepare content, coordinate deadlines, and help ensure brand materials are ready when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creative projects but also likes keeping information organised and making sure plans are followed through.

How You'll Contribute

• Assist with preparing branded materials for campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives.
• Organise marketing assets, presentations, product information, and reference documents.
• Help coordinate campaign timelines, task lists, and approval deadlines.
• Support the preparation of content for social media, email communications, and other marketing channels.
• Research competitors, audience interests, and branding trends to support campaign planning.
• Check promotional materials for accuracy, formatting, and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Liaise with internal teams to collect information and keep marketing projects on schedule.
• Maintain brand asset folders, campaign calendars, and marketing records.
• Help arrange promotional activities and coordinate the materials needed for delivery.
• Gather campaign results and assist with preparing performance summaries.
• Provide general administrative support for ongoing brand marketing projects.

• Previous experience in marketing, administration, communications, or a creative support role is beneficial, but not essential.
