Duties
Help
Research and analyze new or revised legislation to determine needs for regulatory actions, workplans, justification, cost and alternatives.
Prepare regulation and directive packages including civil rights impact analyses.
Conduct management studies and analysis of existing or proposed forms, conformance with forms management policies and standards.
Control paperwork burden on the public and implement Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and eGovernment Act of 2002 for all RD programs.
Lead or participate in special projects to implement Federal Directives or reporting requirements identified.
