Seasons Hospice is looking for an exceptional Marketing & Community Relations professional to help grow our presence in the Muskogee community and connect more patients and families with the compassionate hospice care they deserve.
This isn’t a behind-the-desk marketing position. You’ll be out in the community building genuine relationships and representing an organization you can be proud of.
You’ll:

• Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare partners.
• Build relationships with new referral sources while continuing to nurture existing partnerships.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and the support we provide to patients and families.
• Identify opportunities for growth within the market and develop creative strategies to reach new referral partners.
• Represent Seasons Hospice at community events, networking opportunities, meetings, and professional gatherings.
• Stay connected to the needs of our referral partners and help ensure they receive exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Work closely with agency leadership and the clinical team to support census and organizational growth.
• Track marketing efforts, referral activity, market opportunities, and results.
• Serve as a knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic ambassador for Seasons Hospice throughout the community.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Naturally outgoing and comfortable starting conversations and developing new relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Persistent and confident without losing the personal touch that matters in healthcare.
• An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Comfortable developing new business and being accountable for measurable growth.
• Knowledgeable about the local healthcare community—or excited to learn it.
• Passionate about representing an organization whose work truly matters.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred , along with three (3) or more years of healthcare marketing experience; hospice experience is especially valuable.
