Job Role:- BA capital markets and marginsJob Location :- Irving, TexasJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team As a Technical Business Analyst you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements analyze processes and design technical solutions to meet those needs The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholdersKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirementsTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories ensuring alignment with overall business objectivesConduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed technical solutionsWork closely with software developers architects and other technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needsCreate and maintain detailed documentation including requirements documents process flows and technical design documentsFacilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements discuss technical solutions and gather feedbackPerform data analysis and modeling to support business decisionmaking and identify opportunities for process improvementEnsure that technical solutions align with industry best practices standards and regulatory requirementsProvide support and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation and testingStay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry and make recommendations for innovation and improvementRequirementsBachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on technical projectsStrong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile Scrum or WaterfallExperience with requirements management tools such as JIRA Confluence or similarProficiency in data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL Excel or TableauExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholdersStrong problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environmentCertification in Business Analysis or Agile is a plus
