In this role, you will: • Lead the Floor: Act as Manager on Duty, delivering an exceptional in-store experience while supporting the team during daily operations • Drive Results: Support the team in achieving sales targets and key business metrics • Develop the Team: Provide real-time feedback and coaching to elevate performance and product knowledge • Execute with Excellence: Ensure operational standards, merchandising, and inventory processes are consistently met Compensation: USD 23 - USD 28 - hourly
