The Specialty Scheduling Coordinator schedules office and hospital services for patients including scheduling appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure coordinated care for patients. Required Qualifications: * 2 years of working experience in a medical clinic, office setting or administrative setting. * Extensive and excellent customer service experience. Preferred qualifications:

• Epic or other EMR.
• Specialty clinic experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
