Metals are sold either as-is or cut to made-to-measure sizes using plasma machines, water jets, lasers or saws. Jacquet applications cover many industrial sectors such as the water, environment, energy, mechanical and forged metal construction, chemical and agri-food, gas processing and storage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors. We have four strategically placed locations within the US including Pennsylvania, California, Texas, and Wisconsin with many more globally.

We have are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk with excellent organizational and communication skills at our Limerick, PA facility. The shipping and receiving clerk oversees all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods in the service center. The hours of work are Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Packing and shipping of various products and parts.
• Responsible for receiving all inbound receipts from suppliers.
• Verifying shipping paperwork against what is received.
• Transfer all plate from receiving area to proper inventory location, and update in system accordingly.
• Maintain inventory records using computerized system.
• Respond to inquiries regarding shipments.
• Partner with production to ensure orders are complete.
• Ensures inventory processes and procedures are followed.
• Unload and load materials onto or from pallets, racks, shelves and carts.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials.
• Safely operate forklift and overhead crane to assist in loading or moving materials and products.

Experience:

• Shipping and Receiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer: 1 year (Preferred)
• Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and reach
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
