About the Role:
Grand Bridge Home Care is seeking an outgoing, professional, and self-motivated Community Relations & Referral Coordinator to help expand our presence throughout Massachusetts.

Compensation

Hourly Pay

• $20.00 per hour
• 10 hours per week

Partnership Development Bonus

In addition to hourly compensation, you will earn:

$250 for each new referral partnership you establish that results in its first client admission with Grand Bridge Home Care.

This bonus is paid once a newly developed referral source generates its first client who begins services with our agency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and social workers
• Represent Comfort Right at Home at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• Conduct outreach visits to healthcare providers and community organizations to promote home care services
• Track and manage referral activity using CRM tools to monitor lead generation and conversion
• Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
• Identify new business development opportunities within the greater Beverly, MA area
• Educate potential clients and families on available home care services and support options

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare sales, community outreach, or referral development preferred
• Strong knowledge of the home care, senior care, or healthcare industry is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
