National Manager, Oncology Nurse Educator Field Strategy & Execution

AbbVie seeks a strategic National Manager to develop and execute portfolio nursing education strategy across three hematology oncology franchises. This role partners with cross-functional teams to translate brand priorities into field execution while optimizing resources, processes, and performance for the oncology nurse educator organization.
Responsibilities
- Translate oncology portfolio and brand priorities into clear field priorities and execution requirements across three franchises
- Support development of portfolio nursing strategy for HCP education on disease and therapy management
- Build alignment and drive decisions across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Partner with Field Operations to ensure effective tools, processes, systems, and training infrastructure
- Identify emerging field needs and opportunities; mobilize resources to address them and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred
- 5+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred
- Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, or commercial strategy experience
- Strong clinical expertise in oncology/hematology treatment, nursing practice, and pharmaceutical industry
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and lead across matrixed organizations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with complex clinical and business information
- Strong project management, analytical problem-solving, and sound business judgment capabilities
