Head of Consumer Protection Strategy & Operations

Flex, a NYC-based FinTech, is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Consumer Protection Team (CPT). You will shape CPT's strategy, build a high-performing team, and partner with executives to drive customer value at scale.
You will oversee reporting frameworks, governance, and KPIs, while guiding cross-functional initiatives across product, risk, marketing, and legal teams. This role is hybrid with on-site NY HQ expectations.
