Senior Director, Global Health Care Compensation - Remote

Optum

Optum is seeking a senior compensation leader to drive complex compensation programs across OptumHealth. You will partner with the SVP People Team and other senior leaders to shape strategy, design programs, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals. The role emphasizes analytics, market comparisons, and leadership development. Remote work is possible from anywhere in the U.S., with in-person requirements in Minneapolis or Washington, DC four days per week for those assignments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
