• Provide post-procedural daily care to neurosurgery inpatients.
• Communicate with patients and families regarding treatment plans and education.
• Collaborate with attending neurosurgeons and employed NP.
• Document patient encounters in EPIC.
• Participate in discharge planning and multidisciplinary care coordination.
