Regional Insights and Engagement Director, Lung, Central Rockies

Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines seeks a Regional Insights and Engagement Director for the Central Rockies lung cancer market. This field-based role builds relationships with key opinion leaders at major academic institutions, informs brand strategy, and executes commercial initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities

Design and execute strategic marketing deliverables supporting lung cancer product launches
Develop and implement key account engagement and congress plans for assigned KOLs
Cultivate partnerships with external KOLs and translate their insights into commercial strategy
Collaborate across sales, medical affairs, and analytics teams to align U.S. commercialization efforts
Communicate market insights, barriers, and solutions to internal stakeholders

Requirements

Deep clinical expertise in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) practice and treatment rationale
Proven ability to influence and engage key opinion leaders in oncology
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, sales, and medical affairs teams
Strategic marketing and business acumen with enterprise-level perspective
Established reputation as a leader within oncology field
Experience designing and executing national marketing initiatives
