Leaders must delegate, train, and monitor the progress of associates while overseeing all facets of the hardware store. Primary responsibilities include managing sales, expenses, profitability, assets, customer service, and team member development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous retail management experience. We are looking for qualified individuals for leadership roles such as shift manager, assistant manager, and store manager. Ace Hardware offers opportunities to grow, advance, and build a long-term career.

The ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and stand or walk for up to 8 hours during a shift is required.

Compensation & Bonus Opportunity

This position pays $23.00 per hour and is typically scheduled for approximately 45 hours per week , including approximately 5 hours of overtime paid at the applicable overtime rate . Based on this typical schedule, base wages and overtime equate to approximately $56,810 annually .

This position is also eligible for performance-based incentives, including up to $300 per month for meeting established performance metrics and a quarterly bonus of up to $2,800 based on achievement of specific performance goals.
