General Manager - Restaurant & Bar

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager + AGM to lead the opening and day-to-day operations of a high-energy restaurant and bar venue located within a lifestyle hotel in South Beach Miami. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, building and leading a strong team, and ensuring operational excellence across all F&B outlets. Key Responsibilities Lead the successful launch and ongoing operations of the restaurant and bar Recruit, train, and manage FOH leadership and service teams Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, labor costs, and inventory controls Collaborate with culinary and hotel leadership teams Develop local partnerships, events, and programming to increase covers and bar revenue Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture Requirements 5+ years of AGM/GM experience in upscale, high-volume restaurant and bar operations Opening experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills Strong understanding of Miami hospitality and nightlife culture Excellent communication and team development abilities Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive salary + bonus potential Opportunity to lead a flagship South Beach venue from launch Growth opportunities within an expanding hospitality group #J-18808-Ljbffr Kinora Group
