ARIN Home Healthcare Services LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in home settings, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures as needed
• Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with physicians, care coordinators, and family members regarding patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and home safety
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio in good standing
• Previous home health, long-term care, or clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visits throughout Columbus, OH
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
