Banner Gateway Medical Center is seeking a Licensed CNA or LNA Patient Care Assistant to join our Progressive Care Unit. On our PCU you will have the opportunity to provide care to patients within a 24-bed inpatient cardiac monitored unit. This is a full time NIGHT shift position working three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00pm-7:30am. You will have the opportunity utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage, and enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $1/hour weekend shift differential. Our capabilities include five linear accelerator vaults, a brachytherapy vault, an advanced diagnostic imaging suite with PET/CT scan, more than 70 infusion bays, a cryopreservation lab and much more. Our inpatient medical oncology unit also incorporates a program that utilizes the electronic surveillance partnership in caring for the patient, where remote nurses have the ability to interact with patients via two-way audio-video to assist the bedside nurse with patient care.
