Come join our maple syrup production team! You'll work 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday with Saturday hours based on seasonal workload. 

Major Responsibilities/Activities

• Answer customer questions concerning location, price, and use of equipment and supplies sold in the store.
• Check-out customers-enter orders into system, process payments, and bag/box purchases.
• Pull product and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Label received product with item codes/descriptions before shelving.
• Stock shelves with product. Notify manager(s) when stock is low to reorder.
• Assist shipping department with pulling orders for packing as needed.
• Provide customer service for customers who call with technical questions.
• Package equipment and supplies for retail sale.
• Other tasks as requested.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Math Skills-counting, making change, basic arithmetic
• Reading and writing abilities
• Typing skills
• 1+ years Customer service experience preferred
• Pallet jack experience preferred, or ability to become certified.

Essential Physical & Mental Functions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to interact with customers in-person and on the phone, including talking and listening (hearing). Employees in this position must be a team player with the ability to problem-solve and work independently.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping frequently. The employee must frequently lift/move items weighing up to 60 pounds.
