Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist oversees receptionist and secretarial duties at our community with outstanding customer service and support. As the face of the community, the successful candidate will be approachable and friendly, with fantastic people skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
• Assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasks
• Answer phones in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a receptionist or related field highly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
