Customer Service Specialist
$22 - $24 per hourSNI USA Inc
SNI Companies in Andover has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative for an established insurance client. This position offers a strong combination of stability, long-term growth, and standout employee perks. The schedule is Monday- Friday, 8:15am-4:30pm. Summer hours on Friday 8:15am to 3:00pm. You will be the first point of contact delivering high quality support by providing clear guidance, resolving inquiries efficiently and ensuring professional experience on every interaction. Pay range: $22 to $24 an hour depending on experience.
Essential Functions:* Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, agents and vendors
* Provide support for portal navigation, account questions and general policy information.
* Assist with outbound communications for proactive customer service Initiatives
* Accurately document customer interactions/strong data entry skills
* Strong attention to detail/high volume
