What We Offer Four-Day Workweek – M,T,W patient visitation 9 a.m. -6 p.m.; Thursday 8 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; No Fridays/Weekends Paid Time Off – Full-time employees receive paid holidays, vacation and sick time 401(k) with Matching & Profit Sharing Generous Staff Discounts – for yourself and your family Paid Training & Continued Education – We’ll support your growth and keep your skills sharp Uniform Allowance Friendly, Supportive Team Environment – Work with a team that looks out for one another and genuinely enjoys what we do What You'll Do Provide thorough dental hygiene care including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive services like fluoride Take digital dental X-Rays and perform oral health assessments Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive treatment Document clinical findings accurately and maintain organized patient charts Use Open Dental software for charting and scheduling Follow all infection control, sterilization, and safety procedures Deliver gentle, high-quality care and build strong patient relationships Communicate effectively with all team members What We're Looking For Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Michigan Current BLS, HIPAA, OSHA certifications (or updated within 30 days of hire) Excellent clinical and communication skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach Team player with a positive attitude Experience is always a plus, but we will consider new hygiene graduates with excellent references Compensation is based on clinical skills and experience.
