About the Role:

As a Maintenance Director at Meadow Falls of Bath, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of our facility, ensuring that all equipment, systems, and structures are functioning properly and safely. You will be responsible for the management of our maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining a high level of service and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Operations: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, systems, and structures
• Team Management: Manage a team of maintenance professionals, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
• Budgeting: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Quality Control: Ensure all maintenance work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services

Requirements:
