The US base salary range for this full-time position is $184,200 - $237,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the product vision and strategic roadmap by identifying user needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Translate strategy into action by creating detailed product requirements documents and defining key milestones for development teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and legal teams to guide products from initial concept through design and development.
• Lead the successful launch of new products and features, managing the entire lifecycle from go-to-market to eventual retirement.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to measure performance, test hypotheses, and drive data-informed iterations and improvements.
• Drive product development by resolving technical issues, prioritizing features, and making critical trade-off decisions with engineering partners.
