Job Title: Production Associate – Part-Time (Cleanroom) | Weekly Pay

Looking for a stable, hands-on role with consistent hours and weekly pay? We’re hiring Part-Time Production Associates to support a modern cleanroom environment. This is a great opportunity to build experience in a high-demand industry while working in a structured, team-oriented setting.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment that meets Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) . Your work directly supports product quality and safety.

• Maintain and sanitize cleanroom areas following cGMP standards

• Sweep, mop, and wipe floors, walls, tables, and surfaces

• Perform routine janitorial tasks (waste removal, surface cleaning, organization)

• Follow proper gowning procedures (PPE, gloves, hair/beard nets, etc.)

• Safely use cleaning solutions, disinfectants, solvents, and IPA

• Support light production tasks including assembly and packaging

• Assist with organizing materials and workstations in a production setting

• Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Report safety, cleanliness, or equipment concerns promptly

What You Bring

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environment

• Experience in cleaning, production, warehouse, or general labor (preferred, not required)

• Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout your shift

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally

• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong reliability and work ethic

Bonus Skills

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or production experience

• Familiarity with assembly lines, packaging, or warehouse work

• Basic data entry or documentation experience

• Comfortable using hand tools and PPE

Work Environment

You’ll work in a controlled cleanroom environment with:

• Temperatures between 60–70°F and regulated humidity

• Required PPE (no makeup or jewelry permitted)

• A fast-paced, structured, and safety-focused setting

• Shifts up to 10 hours, with potential for overtime

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.28 - $21.28/hr.
