Your Main Responsibility: Keep the Interview Calendar Moving

You'll help interested applicants successfully complete the next stage of the recruiting process.

Your daily responsibilities may include:

• Contact newly interested applicants.

• Help candidates complete required preliminary recruiting steps.

• Schedule virtual interviews and career overviews.

Outbound Calling and Candidate Engagement

You'll be one of the first people prospective candidates speak with after expressing interest.

Responsibilities include:

• Make outbound calls to interested applicants.

• Answer basic recruiting and scheduling questions.

• Help candidates understand the next step.

• Encourage interested candidates to schedule appointments.

• Direct detailed position-related questions to the appropriate recruiter.

You are not responsible for conducting full employment interviews or making hiring decisions.

Your role is to help candidates reach the appropriate next step.

Interview Scheduling and Calendar Management

Strong scheduling and follow-through are essential.

You'll help:

• Schedule Zoom interviews.

• Coordinate career overview appointments.

• Review available interview dates and times.

• Help applicants select appointments.

• Confirm scheduling details.

• Provide appointment instructions.

• Send or coordinate reminders.

• Monitor upcoming interviews.

• Assist candidates who need to reschedule.

• Maintain accurate scheduling records.

• Reduce missed appointments through timely follow-up.

Warm Candidate Leads — No Random Cold Calling

This is an outbound phone-based position , and applicants should be comfortable making frequent calls.

However, you'll primarily contact individuals who have already:

• Submitted a job application.

• Responded to a recruiting advertisement.

• Requested career information.

• Expressed interest in an opportunity.

• Started the recruiting process.

• Scheduled an appointment previously.

• Requested assistance continuing through the process.

The typical recruiting workflow is:

Traditional random cold calling is not the focus of this position.

Recruiting and Administrative Support

In addition to phone communication, you'll help maintain accurate recruiting information.

Your day may include:

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
