Registered Dietitian

Registered Dietitian Pay Rate: Starting at $30 per hour, with increases based on experience. Monday‑Friday with flexible schedules. Retention Bonus: $2,000. As a Registered Dietitian at a long‑term care facility, you will manage clinical nutritional services. For more benefits information, visit: Responsibilities Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document plans in the electronic medical record. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities. Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine care plans that improve overall health and well‑being. Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards. Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs, as desired. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Hold a certification/license in good standing within the state of practice. Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required). Strong organizational and communication skills. Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks. Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers. Must have a valid Driver's License if multi‑site registered dietitian.
