Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Behavioral Therapist, based in Waldorf, MD, with the flexibility to work from home on select days. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for assessing and analyzing individual behavior patterns, implementing evidence‑based interventions, and providing support to individuals, including children. Regular collaboration with other healthcare professionals and clients' support systems is essential for achieving therapy goals. Qualifications Strong expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis principles Background in Psychology and a deep understanding of behavioral disorders Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and effective communication abilities Experience working with children is highly desirable Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Relevant certifications or licensure (e.g., BCBA, LCSW, LPC) are preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both in‑person and remote settings #J-18808-Ljbffr
