The OpportunityFuntoNetwork is seeking a Help Desk / Field Support Technician for upcoming project opportunity: Information Technology Managed Services .
Core Responsibilities- Record the symptoms and affected service for each Grand Isle managed IT services support request.
- Assess the urgency and impact of Grand Isle managed IT services incidents.
- Reproduce reported Grand Isle managed IT services faults where possible.
- Check the relevant Grand Isle managed IT services device, account and connectivity conditions.
- Identify the likely cause of the Grand Isle managed IT services fault.
- Apply authorized corrections to the affected Grand Isle managed IT services service.
- Verify the Grand Isle managed IT services service after correction.
- Route unresolved Grand Isle managed IT services faults with diagnostic evidence.
- Record the Grand Isle managed IT services resolution and any follow-up required.
- Update support guidance for recurring Grand Isle managed IT services faults.
- A current resume or professional profile showing experience directly relevant to Help Desk / Field Support Technician - Town of Grand Isle, Vermont - Information Technology Managed Services.
- Examples of comparable work, outcomes, deliverables, and the tools or methods you personally used.
