GRAY MEDIA Training Program invites college students in Montgomery, AL to join a 10-week immersive experience with real assignments across news, weather, and digital content. You’ll own roles from producer to MMJ or sales, work 25 hours weekly, and build a professional portfolio while learning from seasoned professionals.
