Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN - Current BLS certification Description: Multispecialty Medical-Surgical/Observation unit. The position requires providing care to a diverse patient population. Clinical responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Effective communication and teamwork are essential in this role. The RN will assist in coordinating care and maintaining a safe patient environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting is necessary. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required. This role involves collaboration with other healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
