• 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday with ability to request off one weekend per quarter.
• Extra premium incentive (after orientation) by working in a float pool position AND on weekend program
• Inpatient RN experience preferred

Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Float Weekends (DAYS)

Where You Will Work:

As an Inpatient Float RN, you'll bring your expertise to a range of departments and be a vital part of our care team, responding to dynamic needs and ensuring continuity of care wherever you're needed most.

We're Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Inpatient RN experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
