Housekeeper Wanted - Str Turnover Specialist - $22/Hr Base + $0.725/Mi (Supplies Provided)

We have extra high-end turnover and staging jobs available beyond our regular crew capacity, meaning we can keep you as busy as you want to be in the Orlando, Kissimmee, and Davenport resort corridors. What We Offer: Base Pay: $22.00 per hour. Transit Pay: $0.725 per mile tax-free reimbursement for driving between properties (capped at 25 miles per job). Supplies Provided: We fully provide and pay for all your chemical cleaning supplies—zero out-of-pocket costs for you! Volume: Flexible scheduling with unlimited job availability based on your performance. What We Look For: We deliver a "Gold Standard" presentation. You aren't just cleaning; you are staging luxury Airbnbs/VRBOs (geometric towel folds, hotel linen staging, amenity placement). You must be comfortable using a smartphone app for live route optimization, automated mileage tracking, and digital checklists. Requirements: Must pass a standard criminal background check. Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and a smartphone. Short-term rental or hospitality cleaning experience is heavily preferred.
