Information Technology Support Specialist

Specialty Support II - IT/Technical Support (Contract, Memphis, TN) Our client, a leading workforce management technology company, is looking for a hands-on Technical Support professional to join their Print Shop Engineering-Support team on-site in Memphis, TN. This is a great fit for someone early in their IT career who's comfortable with both computer troubleshooting and physical equipment maintenance, and who wants steady hours with no weekend or overtime expectations. What you'll do: Provide basic software and hardware support for a busy print shop environment Install, troubleshoot, and maintain printers and sealing equipment Manage user accounts for internal applications (including a document-processing platform) Provide first-line support for a proprietary application system, escalating to the dev team as needed Create signature and logo files from submitted forms What you'll bring: 0-2 years of experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, or office equipment Working knowledge of Windows systems and general software applications Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment Details: 6-month contract (strong potential for extension), 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-9:00 PM EST shift, on-site at Memphis Print Shop.
