2nd Shift Warehouse Assistant

Warehouse AssistantAssisting with all warehouse policies and procedures. Researching invoice errors, lost product, and storage errors. Maintaining a clean DC and reporting any damage to machines and or facility.Job Responsibilities:Research and maintain an accurate inventory count in storage locationsAccount for supplies and tools needed for DC operationsTrack employee errors and report to managementResearch and report NILs and MBLs to inventory for correctionsUpdate warehouse damage report with any new findingsAssist with inbound Fedex, UPS, Amazon shipments. Tagging and receiving when they are inventoried items.Assist and report any machines that need repairRun and work various reports that affect efficient flow throughout DCLoading and unloading trucks (when needed)Work Environment:This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses warehouse equipment such as Hi-Lo's, Tuggers, Scanners, Hand-trucks, etc. Dress according to weather. Safety toe footwear required.Physical Demands:The employee will regularly be standing, walking, lifting, bendingQualifications needed to perform this position:Basic computer skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office productsCertified on all warehouse machinesCommunication skillsAbility to complete tasks to meet daily deadlinesPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position, set scheduled working PM based on the needs of the business.
