Key responsibilities include leading financial analysis and business performance management initiatives that drive profitable growth, support global business development. The role provides financial leadership and actionable insights to evaluate product, customer, and market profitability, enabling data-driven decision-making. It partners closely with leaders across Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounting to align financial objectives with business priorities, optimize resource allocation, and support long-term growth strategies. Responsible for preparation of monthly Integrated GB financial results, executive reporting packages, forecasts, and key operating performance metrics. The position drives continuous improvement through the development of advanced financial models, reporting automation, planning processes, and analytical capabilities, while leading and developing finance talent to strengthen organizational performance and support strategic decision-making across the business.QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent Minimum +5 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
