What you'll bring to the role:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; completion of college courses is a plus
• 2-4 years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or stockroom environment, preferably within the medical device industry
• Working knowledge of shipping methods, including international shipping, and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
• Ability to operate office equipment and proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical documents and regulations
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work comfortably in a quiet, warehouse setting

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with international logistics and customs procedures
• Prior experience using QAD or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of compliance and safety standards in a warehouse environment

Preferred education and experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or related coursework is advantageous
• Extensive experience in medical device or healthcare-related logistics preferred

Additional requirements:

• Ability to work in a predominantly quiet environment, sitting, reaching, and moving within the facility
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments and carriers
