Bartender - Seasonal
Join Mountain View Country Club as a skilled and personable Bartender, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. This seasonal position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, providing memorable experiences through expertly crafted beverages and outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock levels and presentation
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Follow all safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar area as needed
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a private club or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage presentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work peak seasonal hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid bartending license or certification as required by local regulations
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
