Job Title: Sawyer (CNC Machinist)

Pay: $23.92 - $24.40/hr

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | 4:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Location: Sumner, WA

• Operate saw equipment to accurately cut cabinet components according to specifications.
• Feed and position materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify material defects and take appropriate corrective action when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Review job orders, production schedules, and machine information.
• Work closely with team members to keep production running smoothly.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Assist in continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and quality.

• Experience operating saws, CNC machinery, production equipment, or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate work.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to read work orders, production schedules, and basic computer systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.

• Previous experience as a Sawyer, CNC Operator, Machine Operator, Woodworker, Cabinet Maker, or Manufacturing Technician is preferred.
• Experience in cabinetry, woodworking, millwork, furniture manufacturing, or wood products is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Desire to learn, grow, and advance within a manufacturing organization.

Work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility producing high-end custom cabinetry. The environment includes saws, CNC machinery, material handling equipment, and production workstations. Safety, quality, and teamwork are at the core of daily operations. Employees should be comfortable standing for extended periods, moving materials, and working in an active production setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Sumner, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
