Sr. Customer Success Partner (Technology)

First Advantage (Nasdaq: FA) is a leading provider of mission‑critical background screening solutions. We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Partner to manage a small portfolio of named technology accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring service excellence. Responsibilities Develop strategic account plans detailing customer industry, risk history, and revenue opportunities. Track revenue trends, upsell opportunities, and competitive threats to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Identify and recommend additional First Advantage products or solutions for existing accounts. Collaborate with client, operations, technology, and cross‑functional teams to deploy resources and penetrate market with FA solutions. Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews, documenting action plans and program performance. Maintain knowledge of customer background‑screening and occupational‑health programs, pricing, and administrative procedures. Provide solutions to business problems, analyze root causes, and drive resolution. Manage contractual documentation (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, SOPs), contract renewals, and RFP responses. Host cadence client calls and nurture account relationships. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). 5+ years of proven experience in sales account management for complex solutions, managing national or global accounts with C‑level relationships. Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills. Proficiency with MS Office, Looker Analytics, PowerBI, and Salesforce. Experience tracking client information and reporting. Ability to navigate large organizations and build internal partnerships. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including occasional overnight travel. Residency in the United States required. Benefits Competitive base salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually.
