Hiring Weekend Caregivers - Sat/Sun Availability

At Tandem Care, we do caregiving differently — and we treat our caregivers differently, too. We're hiring caregivers who are available every Saturday and Sunday for our Continuous Care program. These are not fill-in shifts or last-minute assignments. We match caregivers with long-term clients and consistent schedules so you can count on steady weekend income week after week. This role is perfect for caregivers who already work Monday through Friday and are looking for reliable weekend hours with a company that values and supports them.

WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE

• Consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday)
• Ongoing assignments with the same clients whenever possible
• One-on-one care in the client's home
• Support with personal care, mobility, companionship, dementia care, meal

• Frequently call out or have inconsistent availability

REQUIREMENTS

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Completed Live Scan background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android)
• Strong communication skills and reliability
