Come join us and make a difference in a Senior's life!Requirements:Must have a driver's license, valid auto insurance, your own reliable transportation, clean driving record and willingness to drive a reasonable distance. Must take vehicle to shift in case client needs transportationMust have integrity, a caring attitude, be highly compassionate, and treat clients/staff with respectMust be able to relate well with people, particularly seniorsMust have reasonable hours of availability (minimum of 5 hours, 4 days a week – evening and weekend availability is a plus!)1 year of field experience as a PCA, CNA or Home Health Aide is preferred but we will train the right candidatesMust be able to pass State and Federal background check & drug screenMust have current TB and physical prior to beginning work with us (We are running a hire bonus to help with costs)Must obtain CPR & First aid certificationsMust provide 2 personal and 2 professional referencesMust be able to read, write and speak English fluentlyMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Essential Functions:Delivering exceptional care to the client in their homeComplete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their familiesAssist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparationAdministrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behaviorWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
