TF enabled Senior Product Manager

The Role We're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to own a core area of our platform — from discovery through delivery and beyond. You'll work at the intersection of customer insight, business strategy, and technical execution, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build products that solve real problems at scale. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads with data, and knows how to rally a team around a clear and compelling vision. What You'll Do Own the full product lifecycle for a key platform area — define the vision, build the roadmap, and drive execution from concept to launch Deeply understand our customers through interviews, usage data, and market research; translate insights into clear, prioritized product requirements Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality product experiences on time and with measurable impact Define and track success metrics; use data to evaluate performance, inform decisions, and communicate progress to stakeholders Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches and strong adoption Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging customer needs to continuously sharpen the product strategy Influence without authority — align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders around a shared product direction Mentor and support junior PMs, contributing to a strong product culture across the organization Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning a significant product area end-to-end Proven track record of shipping impactful B2B or enterprise software products Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data, defining metrics, and making evidence-based decisions Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear narratives for both technical and executive audiences Experience working in agile development environments with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in workflow automation, fintech, or enterprise SaaS Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude) for self-serve data analysis Experience with platform or API products MBA or advanced degree in a related field Prior experience managing or mentoring other PMs #J-18808-Ljbffr Lever Test 11
