Veterinary Receptionist (Client Service Representative)
As a Veterinary CSR , you’ll be the friendly face and calming voice that welcomes our clients and their pets. Your role is essential in creating a warm, organized, and efficient experience from the moment clients walk through our doors or call on the phone.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients warmly and check them in for appointments.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide basic information.
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Relay messages and prescription requests to veterinarians and techs.
- Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and well-stocked.
- Provide emotional support and compassion to pet owners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with computer systems and scheduling software.
- Passionate about animals and dedicated to client care.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
