HVAC Install Manager

Doctor Cool

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to oversee and coordinate all HVAC installation projects within our organization. The HVAC Install Manager will be responsible for managing a team of installers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems Certification or license in HVAC installation is preferred Responsibilities Plan and schedule HVAC installation projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently Supervise and provide guidance to the installation team to ensure work is completed according to specifications Conduct quality inspections and ensure installations meet industry standards and regulations Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in HVAC installation techniques Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve installation processes and outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr
