Direct placement opportunity with a base salary range from $80,000-$85,000 plus annual incentives around 10%. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for both B2B and D2C audiences, ensuring alignment with company goals. Lead a small team, fostering a collaborative and results‑driven culture. Oversee creative development, brand consistency, and asset management across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. Manage SEO, SEM, website, e-commerce, and lead generation efforts to drive traffic and conversions. Plan and execute digital campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and content strategies. Supervise catalog production, vendor relationships, and marketing budget allocation. Analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus. 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, CRM, digital analytics, and marketing automation. Strong leadership, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
