We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director to lead our nursing team at Orrville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Orrville, Ohio, United States. As an Assistant Director, you will play a vital role in promoting a culture of excellence, supporting our mission to provide individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services.
About the Role:
As Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring that our high standards of care are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and overall quality of care. Your exceptional nursing skills, leadership abilities, and understanding of regulatory requirements will be instrumental in guiding our nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and reduce readmissions
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
